Features
Everything Cloomba does, in one list. Every item here is live today — nothing planned, nothing in beta. Free events are free on all of it; paid tickets carry a 5% platform fee plus payment processing, see Pricing & Fees.
Event page
Your own page
A public page with its own link, cover and description. Unlisted and private events stay off the listings.
Cover and theme
Upload a cover or pick a preset; the page takes its colors from the image.
Description
Markdown with images inline, and a version in each language you write.
Venue and map
An address with a map, or an online event whose link is shown to registered guests only.
Found by city and category
Events are listed by city and by category and hashtag, so people nearby find them without a link.
In the guest's language
The page, the emails and the apps follow each visitor's language.
Registration
Register in one tap
Guests sign in with Google, Apple, GitHub, email or Telegram and register. No passwords.
Capacity and deadline
Set a limit and a closing time; registration closes itself.
Waitlist
When the event is full, guests join the waitlist and move up as spots open.
Approval
Review each request and approve or decline before a spot is confirmed.
Questions
Ask what you need at registration — text, numbers, choices, an email address. See guest questions.
Invitations
Invite by link or by email. The invitation list shows who accepted.
Tickets
Ticket types
Several tiers per event, each with its own price, quantity and sale window.
Coupons
Percentage or fixed-amount discounts, with a use limit.
Paid on Stripe
Guests pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The money goes to your Stripe account, not through ours.
Off-platform payment
Bank transfer, PayPal or cash — you mark tickets as paid yourself.
Refunds
Refund from the guest list. Our fee is refunded with it.
Wallet passes
Tickets go into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, with the QR code ready at the door.
At the door
Scan the QR code
Every ticket has a QR code; scan it and the guest is in.
By name
No code? Search the list and check the guest in by hand.
Hosts and moderators
Share the door and the event with co-hosts; moderators look after the wall and the chat.
Live count
Checked in versus expected, updating as people arrive.
Reaching your guests
Updates
Post an update and every registered guest is notified.
Reminders
Automatic reminders before the event; you choose which ones go out.
Email, push and Telegram
Guests pick the channel — email, push or Telegram. You never manage addresses.
Your own wording
Edit the approval and decline emails sent in your name.
Chat
Event chat
Guests and organizers in one thread, before, during and after the event.
Polls
Ask the room; results update live.
Photos in chat
Share a picture in the thread without posting it to the wall.
Reactions
React to a message instead of writing "+1".
Direct messages
Message a guest or an organizer one to one.
Photo wall
Photos and videos
Guests upload from their phone; everyone at the event sees the wall fill up.
Reactions and comments
Comments and reactions on every photo, updating live.
Consent
Uploaders confirm consent; you decide whether the wall is public or for guests only.
Moderation
Remove anything, block a guest, report abuse.
Calendars and recurring events
A calendar for your group
Recurring events
Weekly, monthly or custom series; each occurrence has its own guest list.
Submissions
Other organizers submit events to your calendar; you approve.
Members
Add co-organizers to the calendar; they can do everything you can.
Newsletter
Email everyone the calendar has reached — followers, past guests, and contacts you add. Every email carries an unsubscribe link. See writing to your followers.
Calendar feeds
An .ics feed for the calendar and for every event — subscribe from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
Clone an event
Copy last month's event and change the date.
Agenda and speakers
Sessions
Talks with a time and a room, shown as a schedule on the event page.
