Collecting info from guests

Registration questions let you collect information from guests when they RSVP. Useful for dietary requirements, t-shirt sizes, skill levels, or anything else you need to know before the event.
Adding questions
In the event editor, open the Registration questions section and add your questions. Each question has a text prompt and can be set as required or optional.
Guests see and answer the questions as part of the RSVP flow — before their registration is confirmed.
Viewing answers
Answers are visible in the guest list. Click on any guest to see their full profile and the answers they submitted. You can also export the full guest list including answers as a CSV.
Tips
- Keep it short — every extra required question reduces conversions. Only ask what you genuinely need.
- Mark optional clearly — guests appreciate knowing which questions they can skip.
- Use it for logistics — questions work well for practical things like meal choices or accessibility needs, not for gatekeeping attendance (use Require approval for that).
