Uploading photos to an event

How to upload

Open the event page and go to the media wall. Tap or click the upload button and select one or more photos from your device. You can add a caption before posting.

Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP. HEIC files from iPhones are converted automatically.

Multiple photos in one post

You can upload up to four photos as a single post. They are displayed together as a gallery. Use this for a set of related shots — a speaker, a group photo, a moment from the event.

Captions

Each post can have an optional caption. Keep it short — a sentence or two is enough. Captions appear below the photos in the wall and in any notifications sent to attendees.

Editing and deleting

You can edit the caption of your post at any time. You can also delete your own posts from the media wall at any time.

Organisers, admins, and moderators can delete any post on the wall.

When you can upload

The media wall is open before, during, and after the event. There is no time limit — you can add photos days after the event has ended.
