How to sign in
Cloomba does not use passwords. Instead, we use passwordless sign-in — faster, more secure, and nothing to forget.
Your sign-in options
You can sign in with any of the following:
Magic link — enter your email address and we send you a link. Click it and you are in. The link works once and expires after a few minutes.
Google — sign in with your Google account in one click.
Apple — sign in with your Apple ID. Works on all devices, not just Apple ones.
GitHub — sign in with your GitHub account. A good fit if you are coming from the tech community.
All methods create the same type of account. You can use whichever you prefer each time — as long as you use the same email address, you will always end up in the same account.
First sign-in
The first time you sign in, Cloomba creates your account automatically. If you use Google or Apple, your name and profile photo are imported from that service — you can change them afterwards in your profile settings.
Switching devices
Your session is tied to your device and browser. If you sign in on a new device, just go through the sign-in flow again — choose the same method or use your email address, and you will be back in your account.
Trouble signing in?
Magic link not arriving? Check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there after a minute or two, try signing in again — links expire quickly. Make sure you are checking the inbox for the email address you entered.
Wrong account? If you have previously signed in with a social provider (Google, Apple, GitHub) and now try a magic link with a different email, you may end up in a different account. Use the same method and email address you used originally.
