Setting up push notifications

Updated 10 Jun 2026

Push notifications deliver alerts directly to your device so you do not have to be in the app to stay informed.

Enabling on the web

When you first use Cloomba, your browser may ask for permission to send notifications. Click Allow to enable them.

If you dismissed the prompt, you can enable notifications manually:

  1. Open your account settings.
  2. Go to Notifications.
  3. Click Enable push notifications and allow the browser permission when prompted.

Push notifications on the web work only when you have Cloomba open in a browser tab, or when the browser is running in the background. For more reliable delivery, use the mobile app.

Enabling on mobile

Open the Cloomba app and go to your account settings. Tap Notifications and enable push notifications. Your device may ask for permission — tap Allow.

If notifications are not arriving

  • Make sure you have allowed notifications in both Cloomba's settings and your device or browser settings.
  • On iOS, check Settings → Cloomba → Notifications.
  • On Android, check Settings → Apps → Cloomba → Notifications.
  • In the browser, check the site permissions for cloomba.com.

If you have checked all of the above and notifications are still not working, contact us at [email protected].

Turning off push notifications

Go to your account settings, open Notifications, and disable push notifications. You can also revoke permission directly from your browser or device settings at any time.
