Removing or blocking a guest
Cancelling a guest's RSVP
To remove someone from your guest list, find them in the Guests tab and cancel their RSVP. They are removed from the confirmed list and will no longer receive event updates.
For paid events, cancelling a RSVP does not automatically issue a refund — to give the money back, use Refund in the Guests tab. See Issuing refunds.
Rejecting a guest
If someone should not be allowed to re-register, you can reject them from the event. A rejected user cannot RSVP again, cannot post in the media wall or comments, and cannot react to content.
To reject someone, find them in the guest list, open their options, and select Reject. This applies to that event only.
Who can remove and reject
Both the organizer and admins can cancel RSVPs and reject guests. Moderators can reject guests but cannot cancel RSVPs.
Reporting abuse
If a guest's behavior goes beyond what you can handle as an organizer — harassment, threats, or illegal content — use the report function or contact us at support (at) cloomba.com. We review all reports within 2 business days.
