Reporting abuse or inappropriate content

Cloomba is built for real communities. If you encounter content or behaviour that violates our Acceptable Use Policy, please report it.

What you can report

  • Inappropriate event content — offensive descriptions, misleading information, or content that violates our policies
  • Harmful media — photos or videos on the event media wall that are abusive, explicit, or non-consensual
  • User behaviour — harassment, impersonation, or spam from another user
  • Fake or scam events — events designed to deceive attendees

How to report

At the moment, reports are handled via email. Send a message to contact us with:

  • A link to the content or event in question
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Any screenshots if relevant

We review all reports and take action according to our Acceptable Use Policy.

What happens after you report

We investigate every report. Depending on the severity, we may remove content, warn the user, suspend the account, or involve law enforcement. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

We do not disclose the outcome of reports to protect the privacy of all parties involved.

Urgent situations

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Cloomba is not able to respond to emergencies in real time.
