Cloomba has one rule: free events are free. No listing fees, no hidden charges, no subscription required to get started.
Free events
If your event is free to attend, Cloomba costs you nothing. Create as many free events as you like, with unlimited attendees.
Paid events
When you sell tickets, Cloomba charges a fee that is deducted from your payout — attendees always pay exactly the price you set.

The exact breakdown for your specific event setup is shown to you on the ticket type editor before you publish — no surprises.
Payouts
Payouts are handled by Stripe. Once your event has taken place, funds are transferred to your connected bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule (typically 2–7 business days depending on your country and account).
To receive payouts you need to connect a Stripe account. You can do this from your event settings when you create your first paid ticket type.
Refunds
If you issue a refund to an attendee, the ticket price is returned to them in full. Cloomba refunds its 5% fee too — unlike most ticketing platforms, you don't pay to refund. Whether the payment processing fee is returned depends on your Stripe settings.
No subscription, no tiers
There is no Plus plan, no Pro tier, no monthly fee. Every organiser gets the same full-featured platform. We grow when you grow.
