Managing RSVPs

Updated 10 Jun 2026

Every registration on your event is tracked in the guest list. You can access it from the Guests tab on your event page.

RSVP statuses

Confirmed — the guest has registered and their spot is secured.

Pending approval — the guest has requested to join but you have not yet approved them. Only appears when Require approval is enabled.

Waitlisted — the event has reached capacity and the guest is in the queue. If a spot opens up, the next person on the waitlist is notified.

Cancelled — the guest cancelled their own RSVP.

Viewing the guest list

The guest list shows all registrations in real time. You can search by name and sort by name, RSVP date, or status — all without reloading the page.

Approving and declining guests

If your event has Require approval enabled, new registrations land in the pending list. Review each one and approve or decline. Approved guests receive a confirmation. Declined guests are notified and their spot is released.

See Manual guest approval for more detail.

Cancelling a guest's RSVP

You can cancel any guest's RSVP from the guest list. Use this if someone asks you to remove them or if they should no longer attend. For paid tickets, cancelling a RSVP does not automatically issue a refund — you need to handle that separately.

Capacity and the waitlist

If you have set a capacity limit and the event is full, new registrations automatically go to the waitlist. When a confirmed guest cancels, the next person on the waitlist is offered their spot. See Using the waitlist for details.
