The event media wall
The media wall is a shared photo and video feed on your event page. Attendees can upload content before, during, and after the event — building a collective memory of what happened.
Who can upload
By default, confirmed attendees can upload photos to the media wall. Organisers and admins can also upload. You can control this in your event settings:
- Allow attendee uploads — on by default. Turn it off if you want only organisers to post.
- Allow attendee video uploads — off by default. Turn it on to let attendees upload videos too.
Who can see the wall
By default, the media wall is visible to confirmed attendees and staff only. You can open it to all visitors who can see the event page by enabling Open media wall in your event settings — useful for public events where you want to showcase content to people who did not attend.
Reactions and comments
Attendees can react to media and leave comments on individual posts. You can disable reactions in your event settings if you prefer a quieter wall.
Removing content
Organisers, admins, and moderators can delete any media post or comment from the wall. Use this to remove anything that violates your event's standards or Cloomba's Acceptable Use Policy.
Media consent
When an attendee uploads content, Cloomba asks them to confirm that they have the right to share it and that any people visible in the content have consented to being photographed. See Media consent and permissions for more.
