How Cloomba fees work

Atualizado a 28 Jun 2026

Free events

If your event is free to attend, Cloomba is completely free to use. No listing fee, no per-RSVP charge, no subscription.

Paid events

When you collect ticket payments, Cloomba deducts fees from your payout. Attendees always pay exactly the price you set — nothing is added on top.

Two fees apply:

Cloomba fee — 5%
Our platform fee on each ticket sold.

Standard payment processing
Stripe's fee for handling the payment. The exact rate depends on the card type and country — your event editor shows the exact net payout for the price and currency you choose, before you publish.

When do you get paid?

Payouts go to your connected Stripe bank account after the event. Stripe's standard schedule is 2–7 business days depending on your country and account settings. You can view and manage your payout schedule directly in your Stripe dashboard.

Refunds

If you refund a ticket, the attendee receives the full ticket price back. Cloomba refunds its 5% fee too — unlike most ticketing platforms, you don't pay to refund. Whether the payment processing fee is returned depends on your Stripe account settings.

No monthly fees or tiers

There is no subscription, no Pro plan, and no feature gating. Every organiser on Cloomba gets the same platform. See Pricing & Fees for the full overview.
