Cloomba has one rule: free events are free. No listing fees, no hidden charges, no subscription required to get started.
If your event is free to attend, Cloomba costs you nothing. Create as many free events as you like, with unlimited attendees.
What it costs
Free events
Free, always. No listing fees, unlimited attendees, at any scale.
Cloomba fee on paid tickets
5% of the ticket price, deducted from your payout — never added on top for attendees.
Payment processing
Standard payment processing on top; the rate depends on the card and country. The exact breakdown for your event setup is shown in the ticket type editor before you publish — no surprises.
Payouts by Stripe
Funds reach your connected bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule — typically 2–7 business days depending on your country. The payout currency matches your Stripe account.
Connecting Stripe
To receive payouts you need to connect a Stripe account. You can do this from your event settings when you create your first paid ticket type.
Refunds
If you issue a refund to an attendee, the ticket price is returned to them in full. Cloomba refunds its 5% fee too — unlike most ticketing platforms, you don't pay to refund. Whether the payment processing fee is returned depends on your Stripe settings.
Common questions
Do I need a subscription?
No. Running events on Cloomba does not require a paid plan, and free events cost nothing at any scale. The free plan does have fair-use limits — on photos and videos per event, emails per month, team seats, and calendars — set so that a normal event never reaches them.
What is the Pro plan?
A Pro plan lifts those limits and adds full event analytics and API access, for communities and businesses running events at scale. Pro is not on sale yet and has no price: while we finish it, we enable it by hand for organisers we work with. Get in touch if you think you need it.
