Event photos

Atualizado a 27 out. 2026

Every event page has a Photos section: a shared set of photos and videos that guests and staff add to before, during, and after the event — a collective memory of what happened. See all opens the full set.

Who can upload

By default, confirmed guests can upload photos, and staff (organizers, admins and moderators) can always upload photos and videos. You control the rest in Manage › Overview, in the Options card:

  • Let guests upload photos — on by default. Turn it off if you want only staff to post.
  • Let guests upload videos — off by default. Turn it on to let guests upload videos too.

In the app, the same switches are on the event's Manage screen.

Anyone who may upload sees Add photos in the section's header — even before the first photo arrives. See Uploading photos and Uploading videos.

Who can see the photos

By default, the photos are visible to confirmed guests and staff only. Turn on Make photos public in the same Options card to show them to everyone who can see the event page — useful for public events where you want to showcase the event to people who did not attend. See Making event photos public.

Reactions and comments

Guests can react to a photo and comment on it. Turn on Disable reactions in the Options card if you prefer a quieter event.

Removing content

Uploaders can delete their own photos and videos at any time. Organizers, admins, and moderators can delete any photo, video or comment. Use this to remove anything that violates your event's standards or Cloomba's Acceptable Use Policy.

Media consent

Before a guest's first upload to an event, Cloomba asks them to confirm who will be able to see what they share. See Media consent and permissions for more.
