Can't sign in?

Cloomba uses passwordless sign-in — there's no password to reset. Here's how to fix the most common sign-in issues.

Magic link not arriving

  1. Check your spam folder — look for an email from [email protected]
  2. Check the Promotions tab — Gmail sometimes routes these there
  3. Wait a moment — delivery can take up to a minute
  4. Request a new link — magic links expire after a few minutes; go back to the sign-in page and try again
  5. Try a different method — if you signed up with Google or Apple, use that instead

Signed in with the wrong provider

Each sign-in method (Google, Apple, magic link, GitHub) creates a separate account. If your events or RSVPs seem missing, you may be signed in to the wrong account. Sign out and try a different method.

Account seems to be gone

If you can't find your data after signing in, check that you're using the same method you originally signed up with. If you're still stuck, contact contact us with your email address and we'll look it up.
