Payment problems
If something went wrong during ticket checkout, here's what to check.
Payment was declined
- Double-check your card number, expiry date, and CVV
- Make sure your billing address matches what your bank has on file
- Some banks block online transactions by default — check your banking app or contact your bank
- Try a different card or payment method
Payment went through but no ticket was issued
If your bank charged you but you didn't receive a confirmation email or ticket:
- Check your spam folder for a confirmation from
[email protected] - Sign in and check your profile — the ticket may be there even without an email
- If neither worked, contact contact us immediately with the event name, your email address, and the approximate time of the transaction
We'll investigate and either confirm your ticket or arrange a refund.
Requesting a refund
Refunds are processed by the event organiser via Stripe. Contact the organiser directly through the event page. See Issuing refunds for more detail on how the process works.
Checkout page not loading
- Try a different browser or disable browser extensions
- Make sure your internet connection is stable
- Clear your browser cache and try again
