Getting and finding your tickets
When you RSVP to a paid event on Cloomba, your ticket is tied to your account — there's no separate file to download or store.
Buying a ticket
- Open the event page and tap RSVP
- Complete checkout via Stripe — card payment is accepted
- You'll receive a confirmation email once payment is processed
If the organiser is using off-platform payment instead of Stripe, you'll see the payment instructions on the RSVP screen — pay outside Cloomba and the organiser will confirm your spot manually.
Finding your ticket
Your confirmed tickets are always accessible from your profile. Open Account → My tickets (or the event page itself) to see your booking.
At the door
Show your ticket confirmation to the organiser at check-in. The organiser can scan your QR code or look up your name on their guest list.
Something went wrong with payment
If your payment was declined or didn't complete, no ticket has been issued. Try again with a different card, or contact us with the event name and your email address.
