Getting and Finding Your Tickets
Getting and finding your tickets
When you RSVP to a paid event on Cloomba, your ticket is tied to your account — there's no separate file to download or store.
Buying a ticket
- Open the event page and tap Join
- Pick a ticket type if the event offers more than one
- Complete checkout via Stripe — card payment is accepted
- You'll receive a confirmation email once payment is processed
If the organiser is using off-platform payment instead of Stripe, you'll see the payment instructions on the registration screen — pay outside Cloomba and the organiser will confirm your spot manually.
Tickets without a fixed price
Pay what you want — you choose the amount. What's shown is a minimum and checkout starts there; you can pay more. If the minimum is 0, leaving it alone gets you in for free with no card at all.
On request — the organiser hasn't published the price. You register first and settle it with them: either the amount appears at the payment step, or your place holds as pending until you agree one and they record it.
If registration has closed
Some organisers stop taking sign-ups before the event starts. When that happens the page says Registration has closed for this event and there's no Join button. This isn't a full event, so there's no waitlist to join — but ask the organiser: an invitation sent after the deadline still works.
Finding your ticket
Your confirmed tickets are always accessible from your profile. Open Account → My tickets (or the event page itself) to see your booking.
At the door
Show your ticket confirmation to the organiser at check-in. The organiser can scan your QR code or look up your name on their guest list.
Something went wrong with payment
If your payment was declined or didn't complete, no ticket has been issued. Try again with a different card, or contact us with the event name and your email address.
