Cancelling a guest's RSVP

To remove someone from your guest list, find them in the Guests tab and cancel their RSVP. They are removed from the confirmed list and will no longer receive event updates.

For paid events, cancelling a RSVP does not automatically issue a refund — handle that separately from your Stripe dashboard if needed.


Rejecting a guest

If someone should not be allowed to re-register, you can reject them from the event. A rejected user cannot RSVP again, cannot post in the media wall or comments, and cannot react to content.

To reject someone, find them in the guest list, open their options, and select Reject. This applies to that event only.


Who can remove and reject

Both the organiser and admins can cancel RSVPs and reject guests. Moderators can reject guests but cannot cancel RSVPs.

If a guest's behaviour goes beyond what you can handle as an organiser — harassment, threats, or illegal content — use the report function or contact us at [email protected]. We review all reports within 2 business days.
