Setting up your profile

Your Cloomba profile is how other users and event organisers recognise you. Setting it up takes less than a minute.

What's on your profile?

  • Display name — shown on guest lists, comments, and invitations
  • Username — your unique handle (e.g. @maria); used when organisers invite you by username
  • Profile photo — appears next to your name across the platform
  • Bio — optional short text about yourself

How to update your profile

  1. Sign in and open Account from the navigation
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Edit your display name, username, bio, or photo
  4. Tap Save

Changes take effect immediately across all events you've attended or organised.

Choosing a username

Your username must be unique. You can use letters, numbers, and underscores. Once set, you can change it — but if someone else claims your old username in the meantime, you won't be able to get it back.

Profile photo

You can upload a photo from your camera roll. If you signed in with Google or Apple, Cloomba may import your profile photo automatically.
