Exporting your data

Under GDPR, you have the right to receive a copy of the personal data Cloomba holds about you.

How to request your data

Send a request to contact us from the email address associated with your account. Include "Data export request" in the subject line.

We'll prepare your export and send it within 30 days, as required by GDPR Article 15.

What's included

Your export will contain:

• Profile information — name, username, bio, email address
• Events — events you created and events you attended
• RSVPs — your RSVP history and ticket purchases
• Media — a list of photos and videos you uploaded
• Comments and reactions — your activity on event media walls

What's not included

• Other users' data (guest lists from events you organised are not part of your personal export)
• Deleted content that has already been purged from our systems
