Your GDPR rights as a user

If you're in the European Union — or anywhere Cloomba operates — you have clear rights over your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Right of access (Article 15)

You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. To do so, contact us with the subject "Data access request". We'll respond within 30 days.

Right to rectification (Article 16)

If any of your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can correct it yourself in your profile settings, or ask us to correct it by contacting support.

Right to erasure (Article 17)

You have the right to have your personal data deleted. You can delete your account directly from Account → Settings → Delete account, or contact us to request deletion of specific data.

Right to data portability (Article 20)

You can request a structured export of your data. See Exporting your data for details.

Right to object (Article 21)

You can object to certain types of processing. Cloomba does not use your data for profiling or direct marketing, so this right has limited practical scope on our platform.

How to exercise your rights

contact us from the address associated with your account. We'll verify your identity and respond within 30 days. If we fail to respond or you're unsatisfied, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Slovakia: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov.
