Not receiving emails?

If Cloomba emails aren't arriving, here are the most common causes and fixes.

Check your spam folder

Look for emails from [email protected]. If you find them there, mark them as "Not spam" — your email client will remember for future messages.

Check the Promotions tab

Gmail and some other email clients automatically sort event-related emails into a Promotions or Updates tab. Check those folders and move a Cloomba email to your Primary inbox to train the filter.

Correct email address

Make sure your Cloomba account uses the email address you're checking. Open your profile settings to confirm which address is on file.

Magic link emails

Magic links expire quickly. If you requested one and it hasn't arrived after a minute, go back to the sign-in page and request a fresh one. Don't click an old link — request a new one each time.

Corporate or university email

Some organisations block external email or filter aggressively. Try signing in with a personal email address or use Google/Apple sign-in instead.
