Reporting a bug

Found something broken on Cloomba? We want to know. Good bug reports help us fix issues faster.

Before you report

  • Refresh the page — some issues resolve themselves after a reload
  • Try a different browser — if it works elsewhere, it may be a browser-specific issue
  • Clear your cache — old cached data can sometimes cause unexpected behaviour
  • Check if it's a known issue — browse the Help centre to see if there's already guidance

How to report

Go to Contact us and send us a message with the subject "Bug report". Include:

  • What you were doing — the page you were on and the action you took
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Your browser and device — e.g. Chrome on macOS, Safari on iPhone 15
  • Screenshots or a screen recording — if you can capture it, it helps enormously

The more detail you include, the faster we can reproduce and fix the issue.

What happens next

We review all bug reports and prioritise by severity. We may follow up by email if we need more information. We don't always send a reply when the fix ships, but we read everything.
